1.1. Information provided directly by the user:

Full name, email, phone, CPF/CNPJ and registration data. Login/authentication data (when created by the platform itself or via integrations like Google/Clerk). Payment information (card, Pix, billing data) processed by payment partners.

1.2. Information collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, operating system and device used. Navigation data, pages accessed, time spent and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security and analysis.

1.3. Information from third parties:

Data collected by integrations (Google, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) when you connect your accounts to Clipfy. API data from partner services.

• Provide, operate and maintain the Clipfy platform • Process payments and issue invoices • Personalize user experience • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations • Monitor fraud, abuse and unauthorized activities • Send service-related, support and marketing communications (when authorized) • Continuously improve our services and content distribution algorithms

Clipfy does not sell personal data to third parties. However, we may share data in the following situations:

• Service providers: payment, hosting, analytics, email and technical support companies • Integrated platforms: social networks (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for automated posting • Legal obligation: when required by law, court order or competent authority • Corporate operations: in case of merger, acquisition or asset sale

• Data is stored on secure servers (AWS, GCP, or similar), with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL) • We use firewalls, access controls and constant monitoring to prevent unauthorized access • Your personal data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy

• Account data: maintained while the user has an active registration • Payment data: stored only for the time necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations • Navigation data: retained for up to 12 months, for security and audit purposes

• When connecting social media accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok or other platforms) to Clipfy, initial administrative and operational access belongs to Clipfy • This access is necessary for the platform to configure, operate and distribute content in bulk automatically • The right of ownership and full control of accounts will be transferred to the user only after remaining as an active customer for a minimum period of 6 (six) consecutive months • Before the mentioned period, the user has functional access to their accounts for service use, but ownership and main administration remain under Clipfy management • If the contract is terminated before 6 months, Clipfy may, according to contractual terms, retain or disable access to integrated accounts • After fulfilling the minimum period, the user gains full autonomy and ownership over their accounts, without any limitation from Clipfy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or prominently within the platform.
